URGENT! Horses in need of help. Please sign this petition as individuals and send to everyone else.
Several horses have been removed from the hands of Dusty Lane Farm (N.S)
owned by Sherry Grant, Olivia Spartan, and Elaine Heighton. These horses have been found to be in horrible condition. 2 have passed recently ( one dieing just hours after it was purchased in order to save its life) more horses still remain on this property in the hands of these people and we need to have them removed for their safety. two dead horses is two too many we need to stop this Now! They presently have 6 horses on their property and have recently purchased another pony at the cattle sale in truro a couple weeks ago!!!! When will this stop!!!! We need to get all of these horses and ponies removed asap . We are presently in the process of dealing with this through the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia! However the signatures and voices of every concered Individual is needed . please show your support and sign this, it will hopefully save a horse and/or ponies slow death .

Legal counsel is currently reviewing the documentation we submitted to the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia regarding conditions at the farm. I am coordinating with provincial authorities to ensure the remaining animals are monitored while the case proceeds.

The increase in momentum is providing significant leverage for our legal team as they prepare the next filing for the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. I am currently coordinating with local authorities to ensure these documented concerns are included in the formal review of the property owners.

Disgusting behavior. Those horses are starving and they just go buy another one at the sale. People like this should be in jail.
I hope the court does something fast. Those poor things dont deserve to suffer because of these people.
Dusty Lane farm needs to be shut down for good. No more animals for them ever.
Cant believe this is happening in NS. Keep fighting for them.
This is so heartbreaking. How are they allowed to keep buying more animals when the others are literally dying? Get those horses out of there now.
