Since his birth the Ballygowan Bear has brought entertainment, wisdom and inspiration not just to the club but to all the Ballygowan FC fans from around the world.
Now we hear murmurings that the hierarchy at the club wish to dispense with his services and do away with our beloved mascot.
We can not let this happen, please sign our petition and let the Bear continue to spread his unique brand of fun in the DAWFL

Banning the BG Bear is unthinkable. Don't people know bears are endangered. This sort of bearaphobia has no place in the modern society, we are a species of peace
