Victims of Domestic Violence should not be further victimized by having to seek the approval of their abusers for changes in the childs life. Victims should also not be subjected to having to go through the long process of battling their abuser in family court for custody as it further exposes them and their family to harm

The courts are failing these kids every single day. how is it fair to make a victim keep dealing with someone who hurt them just to get basic stuff done for their own child? fix this broken system now.

ABSOLUTELY. keep the kids safe and stop giving abusers all the power in court. it is literally dangerous.
