BOUT TIME someone mentioned this. Hollywood is so behind the times when it comes to dog friendly spots.
ive lived in hollywood for 10 years and i hate that i cant walk my dog on the broadwalk. let us walk!
Keep them on a leash and there wont be a problem. Simple.
It would be so nice to grab a bite to eat with the dog after a long morning. Other cities do it, why cant we?

My dog is my best friend. We should be able to sit outside at a restaurant with them after a walk. Most of us pick up the waste anyway.
