It has come to my attention that there has been some confusion about the purpose of the petition. To clear the record!

Jessica is not affiliated with this petition, and currently does not know about it.

This petition is made by her cousins, Bridgette and Tiffany.

The Story

Cookie is a rescue that our family is currently fostering, she had formerly come from an abusive household. She wasn't housebroken and any voice above a whisper would have her running and hiding.

She is currently still up for adoption, but due to the closeness of how she is with our existing dogs, we didn't want her to move far. That's where Jessica comes in! Cookie is absolutely and completely in love with Jessica, and can't help but lay all over her and cuddle up to her like she's never had a cuddle before in her life! It's a cute thing, and Jessica would love to take her home, but there is just a small obstacle.

Our Aunt doesn't want a dog; but not so much that she's stubbornly refusing it forever. We've almost convinced her to adopt Cookie on a few occasions, and we're hoping that with one last grand gesture, we can send Cookie to a loving forever home- With, of course, occasional visits to see our puppers at home!

So, in conclusion, this is just part of a two-part package that we're hoping to give to our Aunt to show her that Jessica deserves her puppy. The other part is a 14-slide powerpoint, with cute graphics and a lot of wholesome "Why Everyone Deserves a Dog" goodness!
