Have known Roger for 12 years, he has worked for me and my clients on many different occasions always operating with integrity and solid character.
Lovely man loves his family so much doesn't deserve prison . Give him probation please I'm sure he could put his skills to use helping the homeless and needy
5 years is extreme for s first offense! I know others who are habitual offenders and they are back on the streets!!!
Everyone makes mistakes, I for one am witness to that. I pray for the Roush family,for this isn't just about Roger but also his children, wife, and everyone who will be affected. Much LOVE
Roger had made a mistake I'm sure he regrets... He himself knows that better then we do... I have know Roger since he was just a young boy... He was faithful with his church and never got into any type of trouble... He is a hard working man that will give and do all he can to help others... I ask if you may find pardon with your verdict and give him a second chance...
This is what's wrong with society, prision is over crowded with non violent people who would be great assets to the communities, but they want to lock them up for profit. Its all about the money, but they don't realize it would be better for tax payers for these people to work and pay taxes, then keep them behind bars for yrs. You Tom Horner can make a change, and the laws need to change in regards to crimes like this. The laws are ridiculous, and need to change.
Ridiculous sentence, Tom Horner just looking for a conviction to add to his resume.

Such a good person, willing to help out anyone. Hard worker, and loves his family. Never in trouble, and was first time trying to help out a supposed friend. 5yrs is very very harsh, to give him. When so many others do a lot worse and get probation.
