The pushback against these clarifications is constant and exhausting. I am still keeping at it because the law means nothing if we leave gaps for people to ignore it.

I just want to be able to go out to eat without my asthma flaring up. Is that too much to ask?
Finally!! About time they closed those loopholes.
KEEP IT SMOKE FREE. SIMPLE AS THAT.
Some bars are still acting like the law doesnt apply to them. Good to see the state finally stepping in to clarify.
My husband works in a bar and he deserves to have clean air too. stop letting them get away with this.

Sick of coming home smelling like an ashtray every single night. Make it happen.
