Did you know that as of 2015, some women in Canada only earn 87¢ to the average man’s $1? (Statistics Canada). The Canadian Women's Foundation has identified that pay inequity is still a major issue in Canada. On average, women work more part time shifts than men, and enter lower level occupations.
