The momentum we have built makes it clear that the suits in charge can no longer hide behind their excuses for this blatant pay theft. They thought we would stay quiet about losing over three thousand pounds a year but they were wrong.

What do you mean by "they got out of the kitchen and can make money". Yes, we're well aware women are good at working and also doing household chores but you yourself stated that you "don't see the problem". You then follow on to say "MAKE THE GAP LARGER" showing that you do in fact acknowledge there is a gap in the first place, which is exactly the problem.
its 2016 this shouldnt even be a thing anymore. pay people for the work they do simple as that

totaly agree. my sister works the same hours as her collegues but takes home way less. fix it.
