The feedback I have received from members illustrates a deep dissatisfaction with the current state of club facilities. I am currently documenting these individual accounts to present a comprehensive report to the management team. Your continued patience is appreciated while I coordinate our formal response.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. The service has gone down the drain. Fix the standards first before asking for a raise.
Its getting impossible to book a court and the gym equipment is broken for weeks at a time. Why pay more for less?
The place is falling apart. Toilets are always filthy and now they want more money for this state of things? Joke.
Already looking at other gyms nearby. Keep the price the same or lose your members. Simple as.
Ridiculous. I cant even get a towel half the time anymore and the pool is freezing. Not paying a cent more.
