I was looking at the notifications and realized this momentum is actually happening because so many people care about the district finally acknowledging these holidays. It feels like we are on the verge of real change now even if my brain keeps jumping to how we will handle the town lighting logistics which I definitely need to figure out soon.

Its about time the district does this. Having to choose between school and family traditions is honestly unfair.
My kids have so many friends who celebrate this and they think its great. lets get it done.

Great idea for the town. Diwali is beautiful and it would be awesome to see the lights downtown.
