Homeowners of Parks of Corinth subdivision, please take a second and sign this petition for dissolution of the Parks of Corinth Homeowners Association. We are doing this as a perfunctory measure as it is necessary to have 70% of homeowners to dissolve the current HOA. The City of Corinth is enacting new requirements that will cause further enforcement of city regulations thus allowing us to move toward a better solution. Currently we pay over $500 a month to a management firm that has delivered nothing more than divisiveness in the neighborhood, while always hiding behind "the board". Have you seen your home values go up? Have you been satisfied that the money you pay goes to good use? Let's change the way we do things for the better and be a community again not just a collection of houses. There will be a board meeting on August 1, 2013 at 7pm (more details to come) when we want to present this petition for dissolution of the Parks of Corinth HOA. Please share this information with your neighbors and encourage them to sign if this is also their decision to dissolve.I agree that by signing this petition I want to do things right for our neighborhood and dissolve nor enforce the current Parks of Corinth Homeowners Association. Please add your address in the comments field when signing this petition.
