The days keep getting longer while we wait for any kind of response from management. I am spent from tracking all these lost hours, but hearing from you all about the daily frustrations keeps me focused on getting Crystal back.

Crystals the best. she actually talks to us and gets the job done right. david acts like were bothering him when we call in.
David has no clue how to route these jobs. im spending way to much time on the road because he sends me across town for every single call. bring Crystal back.

total nightmare since the change. my numbers are tanking and it aint my fault. need someone who actually knows austin streets.
