We, the players in the Helena Softball Association (HSA), petition the umpires to excuse Robert Brady from all umpire duties for HSA.

Robert has had several complaints by players and coaches from both the HSA and the Helena Girls Softball Association. Player rep Sean Sichelstiel has also fielded many complaints. It appears that the complaints go well beyond just “missing calls”. It seems at times that Robert makes incorrect calls on purpose just to see if he can upset a particular team or players in order to throw them out. He has thrown out players and coaches in Mens softball, Coed Softball and even coaches in youth fastpitch. Robert seems to be the only umpire that has issues with players and coaches in the City of Helena on a regular basis. Players, fans and coaches of all leagues spend time and money to enjoy a game that is usually officiated at a fair level in the city of Helena. Not only has Robert embarrassed himself by his umping of the game but he has also embarrassed the league and the city of Helena.
