We, the under-signed petition that as dog-owners in Douglas, we are being punished by the new opening restrictions placed on the Victorian Squares. 8.45 in the morning is too late for most people to walk their dog due to going to work etc and 3.45 is too early to close, preventing people exercising their dogs in the evening and afternoon. Many of us have no gardens and our pets are suffering now without these squares to exercise in. We wish to see these hours extended to allow us to exercise our pets.
