We, the residents and homeowners of the Broadmoor neighborhood, asks the Houston Planning and Development Depart to DENY the application for replat of Lot 29, Block 5 (as recorded in Volume 6, Page 42 of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas) to create 3 lots. The lot in question is located at the intersection of Broadmoor and Lawson streets in the Broadmoor Addition subdivision.

I live in Broadmoor. So here we go. I want the character of my neighborhood in tact. The infrastructure doesn't support 3 homes in one lot. Flooding is a problem on Broadmoor St. Keep our nieghboorhood safe. I don't want this kind of development in our area.
