This petition is in support of David Johnson of Surrey, BC Canada. Mr Johnson is an African Canadian and a proud owner as the first man in the history of his family to own his own home. On September 11, 2007 an insurance adjuster sent by Axa Pacific Insurance named Jerry Cox of Cox Insurance Associates together with another man claiming to be from a forensic company (Senez Reed Calder) were caught running out of Mr Johnson's home 14 hours after an arson fire and when he walked in immediately after they ran out, sitting in the middle of the floor was a Brand New Gas Cap from a gas container. This petition is in support of Mr. Johnson and will be sent to the Canadian Government including the Attorney General of BC, the Governor General of Canada and the Insurance Commission of BC in the hopes that they be made aware of this Adjuster and the Insurance Company who sent him. Please when you sign this petition do not use anonymous as it cannot be used to when submitting signatures. When you sign, you will not be contacted by anyone as your signature is only for a show of support against Insurance Companies denying claims to the insured. This petition is being sponsored by Kannara Daniel, an Ordained Spiritual Minister from Vancouver, British Columbia. There is no excuse for the Insurance company not to honor their obligation to provide Mr. Johnson with the means to protect his home. I have visited Mr. Johnson's home and have been appalled by the living conditions Mr. Johnson has had to suffer. He has survived through two winters without heat or electricity in order to save his home. I support this petition fully and hope you will too. This should not be allowed to happen in Canada. When you sign, you will not be contacted by anyone as your signature is only for a show of support against Insurance Companies denying claims to the insured.
