This petition is to demand that the revote which occurred at Hazard ARH, overturning the defeat of the proposed contract, be revoked. This revote was initiated without consulting or receiving any input from the negotiating committee. Any member who felt they were misled into signing core forms could have been given the opportunity to resign back into the union as full members during the renegotiating period. Therefore we believe this revote was completely unnecessary and interfered with the collective bargaining process and the rights of ALL members to negotiate.
