BA have recently announced their process for refunding child tax inline with the removal of tax on under 12's flights. Unlike other major operators in the UK, BA will not be returning the money until AFTER you have made the flights.

This is not BA's money. This is money that belongs to the holiday maker. Why are BA the only major airline doing this?
All I am asking is that BA change this policy to the following:
- If you have paid for your flight or holiday up front, the tax will be refunded within 4 weeks
- If you have paid a deposit and due to pay the balance, the balance should reflect the actual cost, not the cost + a non existent child tax and this change should be made before the due date
Please sign this petition to put pressure on BA to change this ridiculous policy.
