We all paid full price for these premium products only to be left in some cases with an unusable unit. "Efforts" to fix these problems have not offered any solution and users are being forced to tweak system manually in order to regain some functionality.

We demand:

1. Dell extends warranties to begin at the date a working unit is delivered

2. Dell extends refund window to allow users which have been waiting for a fix to be able to try the unit out and decide to return it at that point.

3. Our systems are fixed expeditiously and if there is a delay in shipment or service, clear communications to each consumer similar to an auto manufacturer issuing a recall

Signing this list will also serve as a contact base in the event a class action lawsuit is required.
