Re: Wieland Homes application to rezone 2312 and 2320 LaVista Road from R-100 to R-A8.
We the undersigned request that you DENY the application because RA-8 zoning is too dense for this property. It is not in keeping with the neighborhood. Neighboring infill on LaVista and existing properties on Fama Drive are single family homes. Our vision is to continue infill with single family residences along LaVista.
The momentum behind this opposition is undeniable and it proves that our neighborhood will not accept zoning that ignores our character. Reach out to your local representatives today to remind them that this application must be denied.

Traffic on LaVista is already a total nightmare during rush hour. We dont need more townhomes squeezing into that space thank you.

I live on Wilandrew Dr. which is the cut-through from LaVista to Clairmont and we cannot handle anymore traffic on this small, residential street.

This density is just wrong for our area. Stick to single family homes like the rest of the street.
