Approximately 2.7 Million Animals are euthanized in the United States every year. Many more are released and dumped on roadways, both secluded and busy. Unlicensed breeders, more commonly known as "Backyard Breeders" are to blame.
So, we, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who urge our leaders to act now to create legislation that requires any breeder in the State of Alabama to obtain a license, thus reducing the amount of unwanted animals.

Bout time we did something about these backyard breeders. tired of seeing puppies dumped in the ditch. fix it.

The amount of strays i see on the side of the road around here is heartbreaking. these people just want a quick buck and dont care about the animals at all. enough is enough.
