I have been reviewing the labor board documentation required to initiate a formal decertification election. The next step is to finalize the petition filing to trigger a mandatory vote on our bargaining status.

UFCW has no idea what happens in these clinics. Sick of them speaking for us when they dont know nothing about our daily struggles. GET THEM OUT.

Enough is enough. They take our dues and give us nothing back. Time to move on.

UCFW does not have our best interest & could care less about our patients. They are a grocery union. They don’t understand how hard we work, the responsibility and sacrifices we make daily for our patients. Safety is a priority!!! Let’s decertify!!

Y’all are dumb blaming the union and not the company and yourselves. You had no support from the grocery clerks because you have no relationship with anybody outside the pharmacy. The vast majority of you crossed the picket line in 03/04 yet you expect their help?! You also thought you were better and broke off from the grocery contract which makes you weaker during bargaining. The company will crush you if you strike. Stop thinking you’re better than the grocery clerks because you’re just as expendable as them regardless of your education. And remember, before there were grocery store pharmacies, there was the store itself. There would be no grocery pharmacies without the grocery clerks. And when the pharmacies are shut down and go completely online, most of you’ll be out of work while the grocery clerks continue on. Because the company doesn’t care about you.
