I honestly thought I was the only one staring at these same three strip malls and feeling completely uninspired for dinner but looking at this response makes me realize I am clearly not alone. It is wild to think that this might actually push someone to finally pay attention because I really just want a decent sandwich that I do not have to drive forty minutes to find.

YES!! My family and I have been talking about this for years! Upper Marlboro is huge, but yet there are no decent, healthy restaurant options. Fast food DOES NOT count as a restaurant option. We have to do better. My family spends a lot of money in Alexandria because there are more options over the bridge.

Discretionary income is being spent outside of Upper Marlboro (particularly the southern part of Upper Marlboro) because of the lack of decent and healthy (non-fast food) restaurants in our area. I've been a tax paying resident over 25 years and this has always been a problem .

I completely agree. Nothing decent and nothing remotely healthy is close by. I do like Olde Towne Inn in the town of Upper Marlboro, but we still need options and variety. Fast food does not count at all.

Upper Marlboro needs some non-fast food restaurants like other counties.

Would love better options with better customer service. Tired of having to go to other counties because we have nothing but fast food shops with horrible customer service!

Simply cannot understand why we haven't been afforded the luxury of high end restaurants, malls and stores for our families to enjoy. Everything seems to go to the northern part of the county and our neighboring counties and this is unfair. This must change!
