We, the undersigned, firmly believe that Dave Lepoidevin should be hired as the next Head Football Coach at Middlesex High School. He is an upstanding member of the community who, over the years, has selflessly dedicated countless hours coaching the youth/teens of Middlesex. Professionally, he has an impressive background that includes, in part, a coaching career at Immaculata High School, and he is Founder/President of Let ‘Em Play, LLC. Dave is extremely knowledgeable of the game and is passionate about coaching. He has dedicated himself to helping student athletes of all ages.
The record for the MHS football team has been poor. However, there is a lot of potential in the current players, and with the right coaching, they could have a much better record and possibly even win a championship. There is no question that Dave could bring out the best in the players, without being negative towards them. He's a great role model and the students, as well as parents, respect him. Having a competitive football team will only improve morale, both school‑wide and town-wide, not to mention bring in more revenue at games.
We strongly believe that his placement as Head Football Coach at MHS will be in the best interest of the students who participate in the Middlesex High School football program, of the school, and of our community.

I cant say it enough....my son played Fb before but he was never into the sport as much as he was moving to Middlesex and I must say this year with Dave being his coach he is the best that I have ever seen.....
I am a of two girls. My girls will never be on the football team but I can even see the importance of hiring the right person as coach for the football team. A successful sports program helps the entire district in many ways.
Although Coach Lepoidevin was only my coach for a season that seemed to go by in the blink of an eye, there is not a doubt in my mind that he is by far the number one man for the job of head football coach at MHS. He is one of the most experienced men that I have ever seen in the sport of football. Coach Dave is truly the most admirable person that I know. I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I will be if he doesn't get the job. Coach Dave is the best person that you will find for this job.
Dave is without a doubt the best person for this job. He is well-liked and well-respected in the community, and he is more than qualified. If anyone can turn the team's record around, it's Dave. He's not only a coach to the kids, he's also a mentor and a friend. MHS would be foolish to pass this opportunity by!
Dave is the kind of coach that puts the kids and their development as players and people before his desires to claim a victory or championship.
I really dont think you know what is on his resume. His resume is the best they will ever get.

I have seen Dave coach my grandson and I seen first hand how he treats the kids and the respect they have for him. You couldn't ask for a better man to coach Middlesex High School.
