My family and I have come to know Dave and his family through our kids, who has played many sports side-by-side for years. I can say, without any guilt of exaggeration, that his sons are among the best behaved young boys and at the same time most talented sportsmen ! What does that tell you about their upbringing ? Dave is not only most passionate about the game of Football and sports in general, but he is also a very nurturing and caring father. He would be an awesome person to be coaching our High School team. Good Luck to Dave and his future students !!

I have seen Dave coach my grandson and I seen first hand how he treats the kids and the respect they have for him. You couldn't ask for a better man to coach Middlesex High School.

I cant say it enough....my son played Fb before but he was never into the sport as much as he was moving to Middlesex and I must say this year with Dave being his coach he is the best that I have ever seen.....
have watched Dave coach the younger boys and watched how he motivates the kids and teaches them what it means to be a true athlete

I am a of two girls. My girls will never be on the football team but I can even see the importance of hiring the right person as coach for the football team. A successful sports program helps the entire district in many ways.

I have known Dave for almost 20 years and I've seen what a wonderful husband, father, and coach he is. My children adore and respect him and I know he would be an invaluable asset to the football program.
Although Coach Lepoidevin was only my coach for a season that seemed to go by in the blink of an eye, there is not a doubt in my mind that he is by far the number one man for the job of head football coach at MHS. He is one of the most experienced men that I have ever seen in the sport of football. Coach Dave is truly the most admirable person that I know. I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I will be if he doesn't get the job. Coach Dave is the best person that you will find for this job.
