Why break tradition now? If you've attended Cutler Bay Senior High, you know that we have some amazing traditions! One of the favorites being our Halloween Spirit Day! We all are given the opportunity to dress up and enjoy ourselves! A big date that has been up in the air for Cutler Bay Senior High for the past couple of weeks is October 29th of this year. The day the students will be allowed to continue their Halloween traditions or the day that it all dies. If you believe the tradition should live on go ahead and sign below! We've never had a problem before, why would we have a problem now? Halloween is a holiday that celebrates self expression and individuality. At this school we celebrate our uniqueness in every way and so Halloween has come to be the most popular of all the holidays we celebrate here, not to mention the most successful fundraiser. The students and faculty alike all enjoy the holiday, bringing our small family closer together between friends, academies, and grade levels. And if the tradition is allowed to die then so does a part of what makes our school special. Sign bellow and stake your claim on this tradition, we can't let it slip through our fingers now because if we do we will never get it back!

I have requested a formal meeting with the school administration to clarify the decision process regarding the event. My next step involves drafting a proposal that outlines how we plan to manage safety and logistics during the tradition. Expect an update once the office confirms a time for our discussion.

Last year's Halloween events were the best. Ending it this year would be dishonorable.
It would be nice if the tradition still stayed. I mean I don't celebrate or like Halloween but, I'm pretty sure the people who do are bummed that the tradition is not happening this year.
They should totally let us celebrate Halloween at CBSH especially since we had that competition last year and it brought us closer than before as a family
Please let us dress up for Halloween! I'd love to show off my deadpool costume :3
We should not break out tradition of a Halloween surprise. We love seeing what our beloved lead teacher will dress up as. A Johnny Depp theme that has been made every year. As a senior I want to see that tradition for one more year, my last year.
Leave our school traditions !!! It's always been so much fun.

Well I've seen most schools do it with restrictions as to not cover the face or wear clothing that is too skimpy. We could still do this
