This petition will be presented to Brooklyn Community Board 8 with your suggested locations for city installed bike racks. The New York City DOT prefers to do mass installations in a neighborhood rather than one at a time because it is more cost effective. 

Community Board 8 in Brooklyn is bounded by Flatbush Ave on the west, extends to Ralph Avenue in the east, and runs north from Eastern Parkway to Atlantic Avenue. Neighborhoods inside CB8 are Crown Heights, Weeksville and Prospect Heights. 

When you sign the petition, please put down an exact address, or at least cross streets and a business name, ie, "in front of Brooklyn Bike and Board on Vanderbilt between Bergen and Dean." Encourage your friends and neighbors to sign and build more votes for your suggested location.
