Friends and family of Harveston Community, we need to get a crosswalk put in by the Sports Park on Harveston Dr. I see too many cars not stopping for kids coming home from school and having to cross the street after the trolley has dropped them off. I've also seen families try to cross the street coming from the lake to the baseball fields and have to wait for car to speed pass them. We need to sign this position to have a crosswalk painted on the harvesting loop so kids can cross the street in a safe manner. Please sign this form so we can get this moving. I am asking the city with this position to paint a crosswalk with warning lights that will flash when someone is in the crosswalk.

Long overdue on a long blind curve with a 35 MPH speed limit, where the other half of the loop is 30. Not that anyone abides by the speed limit here anyway. Thanks for stepping up!
This is a must. It is a natural crossing and drivers are too preoccupied on their phones and driving to fast, not paying attention. A crosswalk would allow he awareness that this is a crossing spot and drivers must be aware of pedestrians in his area.
We need one facing the lake as well.
It needs to be done!
Do it before someone gets seriously injured.

Please add a cross walk! My 9month old on a stroller and fiance were almost hit by a black suburban that saw them but made them run across the street because the driver wasn't going to slow down! I tried to walk with them and pulled back there was no way I would have made it! Please put one! I don't like this that there isn't one already!
