I have seen the crossing guard almost hit multiple times by cars....its time we did something about this!

I am in agreement with the comments given. The light is needed for the safety of all people crossing. The light is also needed to relieve some of the traffic congestion on both 29th St. Rd. and 11th Ave.
This is very much need not only for students at Union Colony but for surrounding schools.
Thank you for this, it is needed not only for our students and families but for all the students and families that live in this area.
Let's get this stoplight installed BEFORE there is an injury!
Definitely need a stoplight at 11th Ave & 29th St Rd!

Jessica, thank you for getting this started. My concern is not only for the safety of our students and families, but also for the neighborhood as a whole. There are pedestrians crossing 11th Ave. at this intersection at all times of day. Many are mothers with young children. A light would increase the safety of everyone in this neighborhood.
