I have been reading through the notes you left here and they reflect exactly what I have been hearing from neighbors in our community. Seeing so many people recognize that these costs are becoming unmanageable for our families is honestly overwhelming. I am just trying to make sure our council understands that this is a real burden for us.

Enough is enough. My property taxes keep going up but the roads are still a wreck.
Just moved here and already regret it if this is how they handle the budget.
Howick needs to learn how to budget properly like every other family. Stop spending our money on useless projects.
After living in Howick for 18 years and having no appreciable services then, I can't see how they can't possibly justify any tax increase.
RIDICULOUS. 5% is already way too high.
I feel that we need to be creative in finding ways to reduce spending.

we are on a fixed income and cannot keep paying more every year! please listen to us.
