I have requested a formal meeting with the athletic director to discuss the venue requirements for the upcoming season. We are currently preparing a briefing document that outlines the logistical advantages of playing at Carle Place instead of Wheatley.

The increase in support has moved this issue onto the administration's agenda. I am currently finalizing a formal proposal to be presented at the upcoming board meeting.

I would like my son and the other boys on the team to have the same positive experience they had last year.
The 2019 CPW lacrosse season was played at Carle Place High School. The staff opened up their school to us Wheatley students and parents without hesitation. I frequently drove my son to and from practice and many times he was late coming out. When I asked him why, he told me he was in the locker room talking and hanging out with his teammates. The boys having a COMMON locker room helped build “The Team” concept. This not only added to success on the field, but also in the classroom. The boys wanted to be at practice hence they did not miss school. For the 2020 lacrosse season it would be nice for the boys to have the same positive experience.
Hello this is the REAL Will Karikas I j wanted to say that this topic interests me a lot. I will try to write an essay to the board to let them know. This will be great for the Carle place school and mostly our lacrosse team because lacrosse is so cool.
I want to know about this problem more. I am trying to become more involved in my community as well. Please inform me more on this topic and how I can contribute.
CP facilities allow the boys the opportunity to experience the team culture we want them to have, from the locker room to the field.

The boys had a way better time over at Carle Place last year. It just works better for the team honestly.
