To anyone of interest,

we are requesting signatures to allow a burnout pad to be built in Cowra to be apart of our annual car show, Horsepower Madness. With approval for this burnout pad our car show will attract more people state-wide and boost the image of our small community. We hope you help us achieve our goals to provide more entertainment in the central west for families and car enthusiasts. Thank you in advance.

This is a great idea, I for one say a big YES to a burnout pad in Cowra-as long as it's a big enough area to learn and for safety of course, I've been to many burnout competitions and it's a great time, it will bring people from all over the country

This would bring people and money into our town. It's not about hooning, these people have great skills to wizz around a pad in there own smoke doing what they love. We have a few owners of burnout cars here so it would be great for them not to have to travel miles and miles to be in a comp. I love watching burnouts, so come on peeps sign the petition and lets get it happening.

A burnout pad would be great for a small town would encourage people to do it legally rather then on the streets

Government, councils, police, locals whinge and comlpain that young kids are doing burnouts on the streets and indangering lives. Yet stand back and do nothing. Well this a step forward to help get them off the streets and in a controlled environment. Its also a spectator sport and will bring new visitors to you town.

Can't be any worse then people doing burnouts in and around town... at least with this it's in one spot not every street and it's for a good reason not a bad one... would be great for the town...
