The council finally gave us the green light for the Grover Walk market. I am overwhelmed knowing that our local shops will soon have the foot traffic they deserve. I look forward to seeing all of you there on opening day.

This petition is in support of establishing a new outdoor market in Corringham town centre.

I the undersigned am in full support of having the proposed market in Grover Walk, Corringham and believe that it will boost the local economy, create growth and prosperity in the town for existing and new businesses and also create employment prospects for the local community.

Seeing 250 names on this list feels incredible because I grew up watching our town center struggle. Finally seeing so many of you agree that a market is the spark we need keeps me going.

I grew up walking through these empty storefronts and I know a vibrant market is exactly what our streets need to thrive again. We have almost reached two hundred and fifty signatures so please send this link to your neighbors right now to push us over the line.
