We are Memphians who are opposed to the development of an apartment complex in Coro Lake.
The current proposal is for a Four Story Apartment Building with:
- NO Independent Water or Sewage System
- NO New Road Construction
Exploitative developers want to use the residential housing sewage and two lane roads to support a four story building filled with people. Rough estimates show at minimum 48 new persons with 20 plus vehicles and this area does not have the infrastructure to support a change of this magnitude.
THE COMMUNITY DOES NOT WANT THIS!!

Does anyone know the location being proposed for the complex? People are saying there’s not enough room in the neighborhood for a complex.
