My kids and I often bike ride the trails at Copper River and we cannot wait for a market place to ride to, stop at, and pick up snacks. As a busy mom, I look forward to a gas station nearby as well. We are very much looking forward to this long anticipated commercial development.
In addition to the widening of Copper River Avenue, the additional presence of a lit and aesthetically gorgeous gas/market place will only increase the safety of the Copper River Ranch Community. I have watched local business struggle in this immediate area, perfect site for needed services!
This commercial development is gorgeous! Can't wait to have a gas station and market just off the trails on Copper Avenue. My kids and I often walk or ride our bikes along the trail and it will be nice to be able to stop in and pick up items for dinner. We are very excited!
as a close neighbor I support then gas/convenience station. i have developed for gas station operators. they are held toa much higher standard than others. they also have the( as mandated by the EPA) EVR system that captures any possible vapors. i support this.
I have lived at Copper River for 8 years. I have been waiting for this project patiently! Trust Granville to build a wonderful project for our community. We are very excited!

We have resided here at Copper River for 5 years and have been patiently waiting for some stores to open up. We love it here and as seniors would be nice to be able to drive our golf cart to the store if possible. I am sure it will be a beautiful market and shops for us to enjoy.
