We DEMAND that you organize and submit a joint resolution to be placed on the floor of the Joint Session of Congress Jan. 6, 2025 signed by at least 20% of the members of both your houses that is a formal objection to the Electoral College delegates, from various states, thus BLOCKING MR. TRUMP from being formally declared President on January 6, 2025.
We DEMAND you use the 14th Amendment Section 3, Electoral Count Act of 2022 and other laws, as appropriate, to disqualify Mr. Trump's electoral votes and Mr. Trump himself for the “incitement of insurrection.”
We Demand that you and your legal staff immediately study the 12-26-24 article written by lawyers Evan A. Davis and David M. Schulte entitled "Congress has the power to block Trump from taking office, but lawmakers must act now" published by the Hill at: https://thehill.com/opinion/congress-blog/5055171-constitution-insurrection-trump-disqualification/
The most important battle of the 119th Congress will be on January 6, 2025 --- when EACH OF YOU do your duty to honor your oath of office to preserve and protect the Constitution of the United States of America.

The current volume of support has secured us a meeting with key congressional staff members to discuss the specific legal framework outlined by Davis and Schulte. Our focus now shifts to delivering this documentation directly to the offices tasked with constitutional oversight.

The U.S. Constiution has provisions prohibiting anyone who has supported, and/or involved in, an insurrection, would be disqualified in serving in any official capacity of the U.S. Government. It us therefore se to decertify the Electoral College vote which had unlawfully declared
I signed it and sent a personal appeal to my Congressman to refuse to certify Trump as our Commander in Chief.
This is a beautiful petition--in fact, it is the most beautiful petition I've ever seen--in the entire history of petitions. And you know what, that's why I am SIGNING it, becaus it's a beautiful petition. Signing it just like I sign legislation and my beautiful executive orders--like declassifying the Kennedy and MLK files--okay, but maybe not as fun as those, because, you know, they have SECRETS, which should not be kept from the American people. What a shame those were still secret, just like the drones. We're working the drones--trust me you'll be impressed. And you know, speaking of secrets, do you know why I love Diet Coke? Because it's CRISP-like the last couple of days here in Washington-crisp and cool, like a January morning in beautiful DC. And it's not STICKY, like normal Coke, because of the corn SYRUP they add to normal Coke, which RFK Jr. has ranted about--you know what? I think we need to BAN IT, because it is bad for you and because it is STICKY... which is what happens to us when the air conditioning goes out in Mar-A-Lago--and that's because the AC units are made in CHINA--but not for long, because my beautiful tariffs will make them too expensive and they will be built in our beautiful country once again. If Trump is inaugurated the onus will be on the Demicratic Party. The rule of law will be dead, Fascism will take this country down. The Dems have the opportunity right now to stop Trump. Don’t squander it.
