These actions are unprecedented in our great nation. This petition is a call for action for the Vice President Mike Pence and the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to enact the 25th amendment for the an emergency impeachment and barring Donald J Trump from Public Office.

“We can also pressure Congress to take further action. There is nothing in the Constitution that requires a former President be afforded the protection of the Secret Service. Also, nothing that says he deserves a million dollars a year for travel and a generous pension and healthcare plan. And of course, there should be no right to a state funeral.“
We all know he only has 13 days left . If we impeach him now we can also bar him from public office in the future. It will also send a message to the GOP.

You should include the names of the 134 members of congress who are co-conspirators in the insurrection in DC on the 6th. Hawley should resign!
