The village of Coney Weston in West Suffolk is a village that is occupied by a broad cross section of people. Many of the residents and visitors choose to navigate the village on foot; something that should be encouraged in this day and age of minimising carbon emission and simultaneously improving the health of the Nation. Navigating the village however is not without hazard, the lack of footpaths and car drivers failing to observe speed limits makes old and young alike vulnerable to accident(s); many have experienced near misses! Because of this all interested parties are invited to support this petition for a safer environment, the installation of footpaths, and greater village experience...don't be a silent protester!
