its crazy that you dont have to have insurance for your biggest asset. if a fire happens the whole neighborhood suffers. common sense really.
my neighbor had a fire and lost everything because they didnt have cover. it was a nightmare for everyone on the street. make it mandatory.
do it now. too many investors cutting corners.
AGREED. if you cant afford the insurance you cant afford the house simple as that
just like car insurance. it protects everyone else too not just the owner.

long overdue. far too many people skip it and then expect the govt to bail them out when disaster hits
