This petition is to change the law regarding parking over driveways. At present the householder has no legal legisation protecting them from people blocking their driveways . If a person has their insurance for parking on their driveway and they are unable to access their driveway this invalidates their insurance so they are liable for higher premiums This petition is to get the highways authority to change the wording in the highway code from: 243 DO NOT stop or park •in front of an entrance to a property to: YOU MUST NOT therefore allowing householders to free access on and off driveways
