On February 25th 2015 the Enterprise Town Advisory Board recommended that 160 acres in Clark County adjacent to Southern Highland be designated Rural Neighborhood under the Planned Use criteria.
On March 3rd the Clark County Planning Commission moved to recommend the Commissioners adopt a Residential Suburban Designation.
We respectfully request that the parcel be designated Residential Rural in agreement with the Advisory Board recommendation.
