Any development ought to strictly conform with the area's master plan and, in this particular area, there ought to be a 40 acre set aside for a multi-sport lighted soorts compkex. Southern Highlands area is supposed to track in as good or better quality than Summerlin. Let's make this happen please!

Stop building homes with zero lots! People do not need to live on top of each other and its pulling our property values down!

Our schools are already over populated. Zone this for new schools first! Large schools, not small schools that run out of room in two years. The apts on Dean Martin were already a bad idea.

Lets keep it rural to keep the property value up. We don't need to become the next mountains edge.

we do not have enough schools and parks out in this area already and now you want to cram more people into it? how about building more schools first and then thinking of expanding.

This area is not for multiple units! single family homes only. Please stop cramming dwellings together like cattle stalls.

As a resident of this area since 2004, I strongly urge the Commission to limit the units per acre of this area.

The zoning should be kept the same. There is plenty of land in the area that is being developed already.
