Our schools are already over populated. Zone this for new schools first! Large schools, not small schools that run out of room in two years. The apts on Dean Martin were already a bad idea.

As a resident of this area since 2004, I strongly urge the Commission to limit the units per acre of this area.

The zoning should be kept the same. There is plenty of land in the area that is being developed already.
