The bills are going up but the service is going down. Makes no sense.
Enough is enough. My water pressure has been a joke for months and it smells like actual rust. Fix the pipes!
I am so tired of coming home and turning the tap on for nothing to come out. We pay way to much for this to keep happening every single week!
My kids have been getting sick constantly from this bad water. How am I supposed to bath them in this? Absolutely disgusting service and I want my money back.
This water situation has been going on for more than just a few days! Try a few years! The past few days have been awful. We have not had water since Saturday. Thus needs addressed and fixed properly!
This has been the most horrible snd stressful situation for me.

This situation is getting ridiculous! There is grant and loan money out there to resolve these issues. If you do not want to do anything about it then hand your customers over to a water supplier that can accommodate them! As some one else has stated its a shame that we pay our bill each month and don't have dependable service or even water that is safe to drink and we have to buy bottled water on top of what we pay monthly! INSANE!!
