We the following wish to file a formal complaint about our water supply and service. We have been under an extreme inconvenience and possible health hazards because of inadequate, interrupted, or the quality of our water. We ask that we be compensated in the form of a reduced water bill because of this ongoing problem. We pay for a service but have not been satisfied with that service. We also want this Borough Council to remedy the situation to prevent future problems.
