The feedback regarding the choice of the ice hockey arena has been consistent and clear. Many students feel that the atmosphere is inappropriate for a commencement ceremony. I am currently drafting a formal proposal for the administration to consider more suitable alternatives.

we pay taxes for that new stadium for a reason. why not use it for graduation?
the ice rink smells like sweat and old socks. let our kids graduate on the field like everyone else.
Seniors of 2025 deserve a proper place to graduate, yall heard that and said “Hockey Arena”
SO RIDICULOUS. my daughter worked hard for 4 years just to walk across a block of ice? no thanks.
We have students in cresstwod school it’s mean it’s our school it’s mean we speak

When I saw my sisters graduation for class of 2022 it was so beautiful outside on the field and the sun gave it a more happy and bright feeling, for my brothers class of 2023 graduation I was disappointed. I can definitely see the effort put in to the venue and everything but it would’ve been 100% better if it was outside on the fields. And in the morning it’s just better
