Me and three other students at the University of Albany, Graduate School of Social Welfare are working on fighting the opioid crisis and are focusing on the City of Troy. We are starting this petition to gain support in educating Troy residents and students on available training on how to administer Narcane and save someone from overdosing on heroin. We want the training to be offered at various locations/times including community agencies, high schools and colleges.
