This petition seeks for there to be a more effective approach to addressing issues related to sex, drugs, and assault. Rather than solely focusing on prevention tactics, the petition emphasizes the importance of equipping students with practical skills to handle worst-case scenarios effectively. This includes implementing in-person training sessions that cover essential techniques such as administering Narcan, performing CPR, and providing support to individuals experiencing abuse. By shifting the focus from solely preventing these incidents to empowering students with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in critical situations we can create a safer and more supportive environment for all members of our school community.

Honestly scary how little people know in an emergency. Needs to be mandatory for everyone living on campus.

Everyone should know how to use Narcan by now. It just makes sense to teach us this stuff when things get crazy on the weekend. Why arent we doing this yet?
