The Boards decision to move from the previous Tempo/Fusion MLS system to FBS's FlexMLS system, which was recently implemented, has leftmembers with an MLS interface that simply does not perform as billed. The Tempo/Fusion system is regarded as the pinnacle of MLS technology, has performed flawlessly for members in the past and is the utter definition of "user friendly". Flex, on the other hand, is cumbersome, has a generic circa 2000 interface & feel, and is everything but user friendly. It doesn't matter what function you are trying to use, it's frustrating and extremely time consuming to use.

Tempo/Fusion was a true thoroughbred. FlexMLS? Well, you bought us a horse that can't even run. It may be able to stand on it's feet and walk, but that is about it! Tempo/Fusion will run and never stop, that has been tested and has never failed to perform. One quote I seen from a realtor in another city that switched to Flex sum's it up pretty well! See below.

"Its (Rappatoni) like having a car with 3 gears that takes me everywhere I want to go and gets me there quickly and easily. But now, (with flex) in order to get to those same places I suddenly need a big-rig with 12 gears and it now takes 5x longer to get there."

The most curious thing about that statement is that the Rappatoni system is also a down grade in comparison to Tempo/Fusion. This is the main tool that every single board member uses every single day to do our jobs. We need the right tool for the job to perform as we should, and an MLS interface shouldn't be a time consuming bane on our existence that causes us to take more time and decrease our productivity. Tempo/Fusion was the right tool for our job, bring it back!
