Keep it residential. We moved here for the quiet not to live next to a business park.
This area is for the community not for big business. The traffic around here is already a nightmare without adding more to it.
Ridiculous idea. Narrow roads and no parking as it is. Look elsewhere.
SO sick of developers just taking whatever bit of grass is left. Enough is enough.
Think about the noise pollution for all the houses nearby. Just a bad spot for a business park.
