I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam but here we are and it really shows just how many of us are sitting in this same stressful spot without our money or even data for school work. It is wild seeing all your stories popping up in the comments and I keep thinking about how we are finally proving that this system is failing us completely.

Seeing the count tick up is wild but we really need people to stop ignoring the link because my phone is blowing up with messages about unpaid allowances and broken registration systems (it is honestly exhausting just thinking about how much data people are wasting trying to fix their accounts). If we get these signatures moving faster we might actually be able to get NSFAS to look at what is happening with these fees and the missing money.

I am tired of coinvest. Since July their website has been saying oh no, I called them and the lady on the phone had the audacity to lie and tell me that they would fix the is for me. Their website looks like a scam website from 2014. I am tired. #CoinvestMustFall
I've never being registered since May after receiving an SMS. I didn't get any allowance since June till now. This portal is useless my ID document picture is not found or verified from home affairs. I've sent emails several times but there's no response.
I registered for the Coinvest Account and haven't received a single payment since June. I've also had the chance to look at their charging rates and they are way too high especially for us UNISA students who receive pennies for an allowance.
It is very difficult to register on Coinvest and for some impossible, their system is rejecting our ID and many students have not received any cent. Things were much easier when we were receiving our allowance from the institution (UNISA).
Since we were asked to register with Coinvest I haven't received an allowance. I use this money to buy books and stationery, I also pay for internet to be able to work online. This is unfair as I have worked hard to be able to get this NSFAS bursary.
I haven't received any money since I registered with coinivest last year.
Since January I didn't receive any payment through coinvest every time I try to log in it say's "ops something went wrong" 'ave been struggling for transport fee to school since the year began

I've never received my monthly allowance since this coinvest thing starts and even if you send endless emails still there's no response from them. When you are trying to call coinvest or NSFAS to enquire about your money, they keep on blaming each other.
